Quality is always our first priority.

For Georgiadis S.A., quality is always our first priority. In order for us to ensure that everything we do for you is nothing less than the best, we take a precautionary approach to our quality standards and commit to continuous improvement.

We regularly perform quality controls by implementing quality management and assurance systems at all stages of the supply chain: from the quality of raw materials and the proper implementation of production and storage processes to the controlled shipping and distribution of finished printing and packaging products..

We follow high quality standards, in accordance with European Union directives and regulations, ensuring that the raw materials are manufactured using best practices and guidelines, in accordance with the most up-to-date European environmental standards.

Based on recognized standards and critical control points, all processes are defined by certified bodies according to the specifications of quality management systems:

  • ISO 9001 - 2015
  • ISO 22000 – 2005

It is not enough to evaluate the effect of printing, either visually or solely using densitometry or other techniques. Only the end result can guide the final decision that will judge the quality of the printing and must combine the experiences above.

Our guiding principle is the continuous improvement of everything we do. A team of dedicated staff controls each production stage, following a basic methodology that includes:

  • BCT, ECT control and migration tests.
  • Standard sampling plan introduced at all major stages of production and samples stored according to product life.
  • Corrective actions and troubleshooting for the problems produced by the system.
  • Quality Feedback for the finished product.

The quality of the packaging plays a key role in maintaining the product and ensuring it is essential. In the natural flow of the supply chain, some of the characteristics of the packaging may deteriorate, and therefore the conditions for monitoring production, as well as the proper storage and the use of proper protection during transportation of the end product are all very important elements.

We regularly perform quality controls by implementing quality management and assurance systems at all stages of the supply chain.
